PRIVACY POLICY

We take our students’ privacy seriously and take all measures to protect your personal information.  Any of your personal information received by us will only be used for purposes of teaching our classes.  We do not sell or redistribute our students’ information to anyone.

 

REFUND POLICY

Cooking, fruit carving, and chef courses are paid for when booked.  There is no refund for missed classes, and, in extenuating circumstances, at our sole discretion, we will allow for a makeup class.  Classes not held due to our fault, we will issue a 100% refund.  For those classes in which a deposit (usually 25- 50%) is made online, there is no refund but we will extend a credit to use at a later date (based on availability of a new date selected by you and confirmed by us). To be eligible for this credit, you must advise us of your inability to attend at least 30 days prior to the scheduled class. There is no credit if we are notified within at least 30 days of your scheduled class.
