PRIVACY POLICY

We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information you provide will be used solely for organizing and conducting our cooking and fruit-carving classes. We will never sell, share, or redistribute your information to any third party.

REFUND POLICY

All cooking, fruit-carving, and chef courses are paid for at the time of booking. There are no refunds for missed classes. In exceptional circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may offer a makeup class. If a class is cancelled due to our fault, a 100% refund will be issued.

For classes requiring a deposit (usually 25–50%), the deposit is non-refundable. However, we can extend a credit to be used at a later date, based on availability and subject to our confirmation. To be eligible for this credit, you must notify us at least 30 days before your scheduled class. No credit will be issued for cancellations made with fewer than 30 days’ notice.

For refunds related to denied DTV visa applications, when the denial is due to our fault, we charge a $200 USD processing fee plus any additional charges required to return the remaining funds to the applicant.
