After this has been done, we will then go through the various cooking stages that are required so you can learn the recipe step by step while also getting the one-on-one support you need to truly excel.

We can even show you how to make your own sauce using various herbs and spices so you will be able to do it all from scratch without any difficulties at all. MEETING TIMES & INSTRUCTIONS:
Private Thai cooking classes are offered Monday-Saturday, twice daily at 9:00-12:30 & 1:30-5:30. All morning and afternoon classes include a Thai market tour.  We pick you up at, and return you to, your hotel.   Market tour follows after being picked up.  After the tour,  then we are off  to the school to prepare, cook, and eat the best Thai food you have ever eaten!

Note: Meals are prepared with minimal use of hot peppers. You, as the cook, can adjust the “heat” to your liking.
