INGREDIENTS:

1 C Coconut milk

½ C Coconut cream

2 Whole Bananas

1 1/2 T Sugar

1 pinch  Salt

1-2 Pandanus leaves

PREPARATION:

Peel and cut bananas into quarters
Boil banana and coconut milk on low heat for 2 min while stirring.
Add pandanus leaves, sugar, and salt, let simmer, stir constantly.
Add coconut cream and turn off heat, serve while hot.
