INGREDIENTS:
2 Thai bananas
2 T All purpose flour
2 T Rice flour
1 T Sugar
1 T Black and White Sesame seed
¼ t Salt
1/3 C Coconut, grated
1 T Thin sliced pandan leave
2/3 C Lime stone water
PREPARATION:
- Peel bananas and slice lengthwise.
- In bowl add flours, sesame seeds, sugar, and grated coconut. Mixed well then add lime stone water mix well together.
- Dip bananas in batter and then deep fry with hot oil.
- Serve hot with ice cream or cream.
Serves: 1-2 people
