INGREDIENTS:

2     Thai bananas

2 T  All purpose flour

2 T  Rice flour

1 T Sugar

1 T  Black and White Sesame seed

¼ t  Salt

1/3 C  Coconut, grated

1 T  Thin sliced pandan leave

2/3 C  Lime stone water

PREPARATION:

 

  1. Peel bananas and slice lengthwise.
  2. In bowl add flours, sesame seeds, sugar, and grated coconut. Mixed well then add lime stone water mix  well together.
  3. Dip bananas in batter and then deep fry with hot oil.
  4. Serve hot with ice cream or cream.

Serves: 1-2 people

Note:  With all Thai meals, always taste before serving.  Adjust flavor to your preference.
