250GramsMorning Glory (Water Spinach), cut in 3″ lengths
1/4 CupWater
2ClovesGarlic, chopped
1-3Bird’s eye chilis, sliced
2tbspCooking oil
SEASONING SAUCE:
1tbspOyster sauce
1tspLight soy sauce
1tspSugar
1tbspSoybean paste
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix seasoning sauces together and set aside
Heat wok with cooking oil to be very hot
Throw in all ingredients at once, cook 1-2 minutes.
Serve with jasmine rice
