200GramsMorning glories (water spinach), cut in 3″ lengths

2ClovesGarlic, chopped
1-2Bird’s eye chilis, sliced
2tbspCooking oil
SEASONING SAUCE:
1tbspMushroom sauce
1tspLight soy sauce
1tspSugar
1tbspSoybean paste
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix seasoning sauces together and set aside.
Heat wok and cooking oil to be very hot.
Throw all ingredients in at once and cook 1-2 minutes.
Turn off heat and serve with jasmine rice.
